Amid escalating tensions over the Ukraine war, British man James Scott Rhys Anderson has reportedly been captured by Russian forces near Plekhovo, in the Kursk region. Identifying himself as a former UK army signalman, Anderson stated in an unverified video that he served in the British military until 2023 before joining Ukraine’s International Legion.
