A flood watch has been issued for early Sunday, November 1, covering parts of southern Nevada, northwestern Arizona and southeastern California by the weather agency and it remains in effect through late Sunday night. In Nevada, the advisory covers Lincoln County, northeastern Clark County, the Lake Mead area on the Nevada side and the Lake Mohave area. Other affected locations include parts of Arizona such as Lake Havasu, Fort Mohave, Kingman and the Hualapai Mountains, along with San Bernardino County in California.According to the NWS, moderate to heavy rainfall could bring between half an inch and one inch of rain to affected areas in Las Vegas.
