'Keystone XL woken from grave': Trump pauses 50% Canada tariffs as Carney races to seal trade deal

Canadian PM Mark Carney says “substantial progress” has been made as both sides race to finalize the agreement and avoid a fresh trade war. Trump also hinted that Keystone XL could be revived, putting the controversial Canada-U.S. oil pipeline back in the spotlight.
