'It's time for action…': Senate passes Graham Russia sanctions bill; Trump gets new tariff powers

The U.S. Senate has passed a sweeping bipartisan Russia sanctions bill in an 86-11 vote, advancing one of the toughest measures yet aimed at increasing pressure on Moscow. The legislation, renamed in honor of the late Senator Lindsey Graham, would allow President Donald Trump to impose tariffs of up to 100% on major buyers of Russian oil and gas, target Russia's 'shadow fleet,' and extend sanctions on Iran.
