Italy's Stromboli volcano eruption, spews ash cloud into sky, watch!
The Sicilian tourist island of Stromboli was on alert Friday after its eponymous volcano spewed a cloud of ash two kilometers (1.2 miles) into the air.Footage from the scene showed the volcano engulfed in smoke on Thursday, while lava flows from an opening 700 meters (2,295 feet) above sea level into the Mediterranean.(AP)
