‘It was not discussed’: Trump says any tariff refunds could take years to litigate
President Donald Trump stated during a briefing on Friday that it is uncertain if or when there will be any refunds following the U.S. Supreme Court's decision to strike down his extensive tariffs. He added that resolving this matter could take years of litigation. “I guess it has to get litigated for the next two years,” Trump told reporters at a press conference on Friday.
