Iran strikes across Gulf after Israel clash; missiles target bases, intercepts reported
Iran has launched missile attacks across the Gulf targeting military installations in several countries. This action significantly escalates the confrontation with Israel. Reports indicate strikes on U.S. bases in Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, and Bahrain. ...

Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps — IRGC — targeted several U.S. bases in Kuwait, the UAE, Qatar and Bahrain, Iran’s Fars News Agency reported, signalling a coordinated retaliatory operation following Israeli-U.S. strikes on Iranian targets.
Explosions were heard in parts of Qatar during the assault, though Doha’s defence ministry said all incoming missiles aimed at the country were successfully intercepted. Emirati authorities likewise reported intercepting several Iranian missiles, including threats detected near Abu Dhabi.
In Iraq, separate airstrikes hit facilities belonging to Hashd Shaabi PMF south of Baghdad, killing one person and wounding three, according to a spokesperson.
The cross-border strikes mark a significant regional escalation, raising fears that a direct Iran-Israel confrontation is evolving into a broader Middle East conflict drawing in multiple states and military actors.
