Iran warns of retaliation as Trump threatens South Pars
Iran’s response to Israeli strikes on its energy infrastructure used only a fraction of its power, with future attacks set to draw “zero restraint,” Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi said on X.





He emphasised that the earlier restraint was shown out of respect for calls for de-escalation, and stressed that any resolution to the conflict must address damage to civilian sites.

The remarks come against the backdrop of a stark warning from US President Donald Trump, who threatened “overwhelming force” against Iran’s flagship South Pars gas field if attacks on Qatar’s LNG facilities continue.
