Indonesia ferry fire: 5 dead, 41 missing after blaze engulfs passenger vessel
A major fire broke out on a passenger ferry off Indonesia's Madura island on August 2nd 2026 .Indonesia's search and rescue agency confirmed that at least 5 people lost their lives. Rescue teams are still actively searching for 41 missing people following the disaster at sea.
