'Ilhan will HAVE TO ANSWER!': Minnesota House panel moves to subpoena Omar over MN Somali fraud

U.S. Representative Ilhan Omar declined to respond to a request from a Minnesota legislative committee seeking details about alleged ties to a major state fraud scandal. The Minnesota House Fraud Prevention and State Agency Oversight Policy Committee moved to issue a subpoena, but the effort fell short after failing to secure the required two-thirds majority vote. Despite holding a Republican majority, the committee received only five of the six votes needed.
