Humza Yousaf wins contest to become Scotland's new leader

Humza Yousaf on Monday won the contest to replace Nicola Sturgeon as head of the Scottish National Party (SNP) and leader of Scotland's devolved government.

Yousaf, 37, who netted 52 percent of the final votes of SNP members, said he felt like the "luckiest man in the world" as he made his victory speech.
