Beirut: Hezbollah said on Wednesday it had targeted the headquarters of Israel Aerospace Industries, in central Israel, overnight with a drone attack while also saying it launched a missile at a drone control base.

In a statement the pro-Iran group said it had "struck the headquarters of the Israeli Aerospace Industries (IAI) company in central occupied Palestine with a swarm of attack drones" at 2:00 am (0000GMT) on Wednesday, "in response to the criminal Israeli aggression that targeted dozens of Lebanese cities and towns".


In a separate statement Hezbollah said it had struck a "drone control base" in northern Israel with a "precision-guided missile" shortly before dawn.
