Heidi Klum's Halloween costume was designed to look exactly like her actual left hand and it also featured her tattoo of husband Tom Kaulitz’s name.

It showed a replica of her real left hand—down to the green stone wedding ring and finger tattoo reading "Tom" in honor of husband Tom Kaulitz. As Klum told E!Online, "I got it on our wedding day." .“A little bit of Tom is with me,” she said. The musician was unable to join the festivities because he was on tour, but was still represented in her costume.

Revealing just how much work went into her epic look, Heidi Klum stated it took her almost six hours to get ready on October 31. Popular for her bizarre Halloween costumes, Heidi Klum grabbed eyeballs dressing up as an enormous severed hand featuring glossy red nails, rings and an ultra realistic mangled wrist. Her face could be seen through a scary hole in the back of the hand, with fake blood dripping down the artificial skin. Klum's Halloween costume was designed to look like a giant version of her left hand.

Heidi used two of the oversized fingers to fit her legs inside, allowing her to walk while wearing the unusual outfit. It also featured replicas of her engagement and wedding rings. She posted hints on her Instagram earlier in the day as bloodied prosthetics were applied to her face.

This year’s bash took place at Cathédrale at New York’s Moxy East Village on Saturday night. Famous guests included Little Mix star Jade Thirlwall, NSYNC’s Joey Fatone, Twin Peaks actor Kyle MacLachlan, Taylor Momsen, Paris Jackson and rapper Ice-T.
