Former Bangladesh PM Sheikh Hasina has promised justice to the victims of excesses committed under the Yunus regime and recalled she stepped down to prevent politics over dead bodies.

She virtually delivered the speech at an Awami League meeting, organised in London on Sunday night.

Yunus will be brought to justice soon, Hasina said, accusing the chief advisor of the interim government of masterminding the murder of activist Abu Sayed during the agitation against reservation in jobs.

Hasina once again held the Yunus regime responsible for the killings of minorities in Bangladesh.

Hasina said, "They have arrested Chinmoy Krishna Das and have not allowed a lawyer for him. Human rights are being violated in Bangladesh. This is an example of a fascist government."
