BERLIN: Germany has imposed travel bans on 18 Saudis suspected of involvement in the killing of journalist Jamal Khashoggi, the foreign minister said on its Twitter account on Monday.

The ministry said the travel sanctions were imposed in coordination with France and Britain. A foreign ministry spokeswoman said she could not name the individuals, citing Germany's privacy laws.
