'Flights will be cancelled…': Sec. Sean Duffy blasts Democrats over Shutdown-induced air delays
Secretary of Transportation held a press briefing at Philadelphia International Airport to discuss the ongoing government shutdown and its impacts on air travel. "The US Department of Transportation has done everything possible to reduce airspace cancellations and delays. If fliers start to see more delays, they can thank Senator Chuck Schumer and Hakeem Jeffries for refusing to open the government and get controllers paid," Sean Duffy said.
