An earthquake of magnitude ‌5.5 ⁠struck southern ⁠Iran, the German Research Centre for ⁠Geosciences (GFZ) said ‌on Thursday.

The ​quake ⁠was at ​a depth ​of 10 ‌kilometers (6.21 miles), ​GFZ said.
