An earthquake of 5.9 magnitude struck the Tibet region on Monday morning. The tremor occurred at a depth of 10 km, with no immediate reports of casualties or major damage. Authorities are monitoring the situation closely.

The tweet was accompanied by a seismic map showing the affected region, including parts of Nepal and north-eastern India.
