Dallas shooting LIVE | Texas officials hold press briefing on ICE facility firing incident

At least one person was killed and two others wounded in a shooting at a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility in Dallas on Wednesday morning, law enforcement officials said. Investigators said no federal agents were shot but that detainees were among the victims. Todd Lyons, the acting ICE director, told ABC News the attack appeared to involve “a sniper from an elevated position.”
