A major U.S.-Venezuela energy partnership is taking shape in Caracas. U.S. Energy Secretary Chris Wright and Venezuela’s Acting President Delcy Rodríguez oversaw the signing of new agreements with Chevron, Italy’s Eni, GE Vernova, Aspect Energy and Primavera, covering oil, gas and electricity.
