Comey case dismissed: Judge tosses charges as Trump-linked prosecutor’s appointment ruled ‘unlawful’
The criminal case against former FBI Director James Comey has been dismissed, along with charges against New York AG Letitia James, after a judge ruled that US President Donald Trump-linked prosecutor Lindsey Halligan was unlawfully appointed.
