China condemns Wagah border suicide attack in Pakistan
Expressing shock at the suicide bomb attack at the Wagah border that killed at least 61 people, China today reaffirmed its support for Pakistan.

"China will continue to support the Pakistani government and its people's unremitting effort to safeguard national security and stability," Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Hua Chunying said.
"China is shocked by the incident," she said. China is opposed to all forms of terrorism, she said while condemning the attack.
Hua also extended condolences to the families of the victims and expressed sympathies with the injured.
At least 61 people were killed and nearly 200 injured when a suicide attacker detonated a powerful bomb at Wagah in Pakistan yesterday, minutes after the popular flag-lowering ceremony at the main Indo-Pak land border crossing.
