Charlie Kirk resolution receives mixed reception in House; 58 Democrats say no
The House voted overwhelmingly to adopt a resolution honoring Charlie Kirk, the slain conservative activist and co-founder of Turning Point USA, while condemning “all forms of political violence.” However, 58 Democrats voted against the resolution, and an additional 38 voted “present.” The final tally for the vote was 310 in favor and 58 against.
