One of the most striking additions planned for the house is a subterranean swimming pool beneath the back garden. The basement expansion is also set to include a steam room, shower and changing area, creating a private wellness space within the property.

The renovation plans also include a private cinema and a music studio, giving the couple dedicated spaces for entertainment and creative work. A studio waiting area and lobby are part of the proposed design, while the wider renovation includes a new family room and changes to the rear extension.
The plans include a library, drawing room, dining room, pantry and garden room, alongside a green roof over the new extension. The project aims to combine the original Victorian property with modern amenities.

Renovation faced objections
The ambitious makeover did not receive approval immediately. The renovation plans faced objections from a local conservation group, which raised concerns about green space, trees and drainage. Despite opposition from the local neighbourhood forum, Camden council green lit the project this year. The Economic Times Business News App for the Latest News in Business, Sensex, Stock Market Updates & More.
