Bombardier in $727-mn regional jet deal

MONTREAL: Canadian aviation giant Bombardier announced Monday it has received an order for 16 CRJ900 NextGen regional jets, worth $727 million (531 million euros).

The order for the 76-90 passenger jets includes options for another eight of the same aircraft, and could therefore bring the final order to $1.2 billion.
