'Blood clots developed after Moderna shot…': Witness makes explosive COVID vaccine injury claim

A four-day inquiry on Parliament Hill has brought COVID-19 vaccine injury claims back into the spotlight in Canada. Led by Conservative MP Dean Allison from September 8–11, the informal hearings featured testimony from Canadians who believe they suffered serious health problems following vaccination. Former military member Michael McNair described blood clots and other medical conditions he says led to his medical discharge, while Carrie Sakamoto recounted neurological complications, facial paralysis and spinal problems she believes followed vaccination. Witnesses called for greater recognition and support for people reporting vaccine-related injuries.
