Biden blames 'other team', says Israel will allow Gaza aid

US President Joe Biden suggested the Israeli military was not responsible for a deadly blast at a Gaza City hospital.

"I'm deeply saddened and outraged by the explosion at the hospital in Gaza on Tuesday. And based on what I've seen that appears as though it was done by the other team, not you," Biden told Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

He later said that Israel has agreed to allow humanitarian assistance to begin flowing into Gaza from Egypt, with the understanding it would be subject to inspections.
