Leader of the Conservatives Pierre Poilievre slammed Prime Minister Mark Carney for the intra-provincial trade bill, saying it offered breadcrumbs and was babysteps when Canada actually needed a big breakthrough. Canada has 13 provinces with some states relying on US route for energy trade.
