Alberta Premier Smith dines with Trump at Mar-a-Lago: Will it change energy tariffs on Canada?

Alberta Premiere Danielle Smith met US President-elect Donald Trump in his Mar-a-Lago residence in Florida to discuss energy trade and tariffs. The Conservative leader has taken a pro-border stance over Trump’s threats to impose 25% tariffs on Canada, and discussed the impact of tariffs on energy since US imports its largest oil supply from Canada, and a large portion of those exports go from Alberta.
