'Abide by market rules, stop politicising': Beijing blasts US over SEC crackdown on Chinese firms
Beijing has slammed the US after the Securities and Exchange Commission moved to tighten rules for foreign companies, specifically targeting Chinese firms listed on American stock exchanges. China’s Foreign Ministry has warned that it will take 'all necessary measures' to protect its companies and accused Washington of politicising trade and violating fair market principles.
