The severe weather on Friday led to collapsing walls, damaged houses and affected various commercial structures across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's Bannu district.
At least two men and two children died while four men, five women and seven children were injured. The injured were shifted to nearby hospitals.
The authority said strong winds and heavy rainfall caused walls to collapse in several areas, while a number of houses sustained damage. Roofs and structures of several shops were also affected by the storm.
The PDMA noted that the incidents occurred amid severe weather conditions and that a detailed survey was underway to assess further losses and damages.
Rescue and relief teams remained active in the affected areas, conducting damage assessments and providing assistance to affected families, the report added.
