U.S. Secretary for Homeland Security Kristi Noem highlighted the Trump administration's efforts to seize illegal drugs during a visit to San Diego County on Thursday (February 12). “President Trump has cut off the flow of trafficking down at the southern border and just of fentanyl we've seen a decrease of 56% drop in fentanyl coming into this country," Noem said. Noem made the remarks at a vault she said holds more than 1.7 billion lethal doses of narcotics seized by U.S. Customs and Border Protection in the San Diego area.
