Though British singer Zayn Malik has not released an album in the last three years, he has kept the creative juice flowing. It is evident by the fact that he released his single 'Love Like This' in 2023 and more recently ‘Tu hai kahan’ with AUR. According to 'dexerto.com', Zayn Malik will soon release his new and fourth album. He took to Instagram on Wednesday to announce the release of his fresh album. He wrote, "ROOM UNDER THE STAIRS 17.05.2024. PRE-ORDER FRIDAY."

Earlier, he teased the song on social media platform X, formerly known as Twitter.

Talking to 'Rolling Stone' in January, Malik said, "I’m doing a record I don’t think people are gonna expect.” He further said that it was a different sound for him, and it has got some more narrative going on, like real-life experiences and stuff. He also added that his daughter's name was mentioned a couple of times.

Releasing an album teaser, Zayn Malik said the intention behind this album fully is for the listener to get more insight into me as a human being. He also talked about his ambitions and his fears.
