The Fight Club actor accused his ex-wife of selling her $62 million share in the winery to the Stoli Group without his permission, and now they are involved in a sour legal dispute.
Angelina reportedly sold her stake to a third party after first expressing interest in selling her share to Brad when the couple split up.
They had previously decided not to sell their shares to anybody else, according to Brad. When Brad refused to purchase her shares until she signed an NDA, Angelina retorted that he had renegotiated the terms of the prior agreement. This, she claimed, was an attempt to hide his alleged mistreatment of her and their kids. Brad has vehemently refuted these claims.

In June 2023, his legal team claimed it was actually Angelina who initially requested an extensive NDA. The case is set to go to trial following a ruling by a Los Angeles Superior Court judge last month, which rejected Angelina's bid to dismiss it.Angelina's lawyer, Paul Murphy, has previously told Page Six that Brad has control of all the properties the couple shared and the business, but still he is suing Angelina for $67 million plus punitive damages.
