In the US, 57% of users faced app issues, 34% had website problems, and 9% encountered server errors. In the UK, 61% of users had app issues, 34% reported website problems and 5% experienced server errors.

Impact

The outage in India had a lesser impact compared to other regions. Around 2,600 reports were submitted at the peak of the issue. Among affected users, 80% had trouble accessing the website, 11% faced login issues, and 9% struggled with the mobile app.

Service Restored

The outage began around 3:20 PM IST and reached a peak within minutes. Reports exceeded 19,000 worldwide. By 3:45 PM, the service was restored. Users could again access the app and website.
