The episode opened with The Vision arriving on stage alongside their Oracle, Paul Heyman. Taking the mic, Heyman began his trademark monologue, carefully introducing each member of the dominant faction. Before he could continue, Uso stormed out to cut him off, targeting Bron Breakker with taunts. Breakker tried to charge at Uso but was restrained by his stablemates. Seizing control, Heyman proposed settling the tensions in the ring. Uso, never one to back down, accepted the challenge, upping the stakes in an Extreme Rules match, setting the tone for a chaotic night ahead.
Iyo Sky defeats Raquel Rodriguez
Sky sealed the win after hitting a suicide dive on Roxanne Perez and following up with a moonsault on Rodriguez for the decisive pin. The celebration was short-lived, as Perez launched a post-match attack on Sky. Rodriguez joined in, but Rhea Ripley rushed to the ring, clearing both challengers alongside Sky.
Backstage, Ripley checked in on Sky, admitting she hadn’t planned to interfere but felt the two-on-one assault had gone too far. Sky assured her she was fine. Moments later, the Kabuki Warriors confronted Sky, criticising her for accepting Ripley’s help instead of theirs. Tensions flared, Ripley argued back, and Sky, frustrated, shouted before storming off.
Penta beats Xavier Woods
Xavier Woods of The New Day squared off against Penta, with Kofi Kingston accompanying ringside. From the opening bell, both men battled for control in a fast-paced exchange. Penta soon found his rhythm, shifting seamlessly from defense to offense and showcasing his trademark Lucha Libre style. The momentum turned when Penta launched himself over the ropes, crashing onto Kingston with a high-flying splash. Back in the ring, Woods was left vulnerable, and Penta capitalised quickly. He executed the pinfall to secure the victory, leaving no doubt as he walked away triumphant, while The New Day was left reeling from the loss.
Finn Balor and JD McDonagh beat Mr. Iguana and Dragon Lee
Finn Bálor and JD McDonagh scored a tag team victory over Mr. Iguana and Dragon Lee after Balor connected with a decisive Coup de Grace on Lee for the pinfall. The win didn’t come clean, as Dominik Mysterio interfered to tip the scales in Judgment Day’s favor. After the bell, Mysterio joined Balor and McDonagh in a three-on-two beatdown of Lee and Iguana. The assault was cut short when Vikingo stormed the ring to even the odds, but momentum swung back quickly. Mysterio leveled Vikingo with a shot to the back using the AAA Mega Championship, leaving Judgment Day standing tall.
Following last week’s victory over Maxxine Dupri, Lynch was back in action to defend her WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship, this time against veteran Natalya. Lynch wasted no time, launching an aggressive assault from the opening bell. She rammed Natalya into the ring post before attempting to lock in the DisArmHer armbar. Though Natalya initially escaped, the champion quickly reapplied the hold in the center of the ring.
Naomi announces pregnancy
The Stephanie McMahon podcast video clip revealed the big news: Naomi is pregnant and expecting her first child with Jimmy Uso. Adam Pearce stepped in to congratulate her, but Naomi quickly cut him off, demanding he leave the ring because she wasn’t about to simply hand him her belt. Naomi declared that if not for her pregnancy, the women’s division would still be under her dominance. She promised that 'The Bloodline continues' before placing her title belt in the center of the ring as the crowd erupted with chants of 'baby Uso'. Naomi assured fans this wasn’t goodbye, vowing to return in about nine months and warning whoever holds the championship in her absence to 'proceed with caution'. With that, Naomi officially relinquished the Women’s World Championship.
Jey Uso beats Bron Breakker
Uso and Breakker’s Extreme Rules clash erupted from the opening bell, with both men immediately brawling and putting weapons and tables to use. Chaos escalated when the referee was taken out, opening the door for The Vision to interfere. Their involvement drew LA Knight and CM Punk to the ring, as Punk continued his efforts throughout the night to align with Uso and Knight. Together, they fended off Seth Rollins and Bronson Reed, briefly leveling the playing field.
The spotlight returned to Uso and Breakker, but the match reached another turning point when Roman Reigns made his shocking return. Reigns stormed the ring, laying out Breakker and Reed with authority. The momentum shift gave Uso the opening he needed - he connected with a superkick to Breakker before soaring through the air with a splash, driving him through a table. With the referee recovered, Uso secured the pinfall, scoring a hard-fought victory in a chaotic and star-studded showdown.
