WWE NXT Heatwave (August 24): Oba Femi vs Je’Von Evans headlines stacked card, Grace seeks revenge against Monroe

The stage is set for a blockbuster night as NXT Heatwave 2025 rolls into the Lowell Memorial Auditorium in Lowell, Massachusetts, on Sunday, August 24. The 11th edition of the event promises high stakes, fierce rivalries, and championship gold on the line.

The main event will see NXT Champion Oba Femi defend his crown against Je’Von Evans. Since claiming the title in January, 'The Ruler' has steamrolled through NXT and even toppled top stars from TNA. Evans, 'The Young OG', has fallen short in previous attempts but earned another shot after defeating TNA World Champion Trick Williams on August 19. With redemption on his mind, Evans will look to finally dethrone the dominant champion.



In another marquee bout, Jacy Jayne defends the TNA Knockouts World Championship against Masha Slamovich and Ash by Elegance in a triple threat match. Jayne’s reign has been filled with controversy, and the unpredictable nature of triple threats means her title could be in serious jeopardy.

The women of NXT will also take center stage, with Jaida Parker, Kelani Jordan, and Lola Vice battling in a triple threat No. 1 contender’s match. The winner will earn a future championship opportunity.

Rounding out the card, Jordynne Grace collides with former friend Blake Monroe in a grudge match fueled by betrayal and personal animosity. With championships and pride on the line, Heatwave 2025 is shaping up to be an unmissable night of action.
