‘Wrong Side of the Tracks’ Season 2 release date out; renewed till Season 4

The Spanish show "Entrevías", known as "Wrong Side of the Tracks" in English, has completed its second season in Spain and will be available on Netflix worldwide in March. It has also been renewed for two additional seasons – season 3 and season 4.

"Wrong Side of the Tracks", produced by Alea Media, is a Netflix original globally except in Spain, where it is shown on Telecinco. The first season, consisting of 8 episodes, was released on Netflix on May 20, 2022.

The show follows Tirso Abantos, a retired military man who runs a hardware store and leads a peaceful life until his granddaughter is violently sexually assaulted, leading him on a quest for vengeance.


It soon became a hit on Netflix, ranking 11th among the most popular Spanish-language series in 2022 with over 11,000 points in the Netflix top 10s. The first season generated 148.06 million hours watched in the top 10s from May 15 to June 19, 2022. The second season aired on Telecinco from March to May 2022 and will be available on Netflix worldwide on March 1, 2023.


Wrong Side of the Tracks season 3 and season 4

In November 2022, "Wrong Side of the Tracks" was renewed for a third season, which started production in February 2023 according to Telecinco. The new season will be driven by the arrival of Tirso's ex-wife and Ezequiel's amnesiac awakening.

Natalia Dicenta, Michelle Calvó, Óscar Higares, and Álex Medina will be joining the cast for season 3. Moreover, if leaks are to be believed, José Coronado is confirmed to return as Tirso Abantos in season 4.
