Writers’ strike may further delay ‘Emily In Paris’

Writers’ strike has already delayed the Netflix show ‘Emily In Paris’ by two months, it may be delayed further if the strike is not called off immediately.

It’s bad news for those who have been waiting eagerly for the Netflix show ‘Emily In Paris’.

The fourth season of the show was expected to begin in Paris in the summer or early fall, but the shooting was delayed due to the writers’ strike.

The filming has already been delayed by two months; it could be delayed further if the strike is not called off.

Netflix has not denied or confirmed the media reports, but Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu, who plays Emily’s chic French boss, has talked to the Variety.

Season 3 was a massive success, followed by a premier attended by stars like Lily Collins, Ashley Park, Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu, Kate Walsh, Camille Razat, Lucas Bravo, Lucien Laviscount Bruno Gouery and Samuel Arnold.

It collected 117.6 million hours viewed and landed in the Top 10 in 93 countries, within six days of the launch.

The WGA strike has adversely affected other shows and films in Paris as the streamers have ordered premium content and hired talents from the US and France.
