World's richest man's big custody battle: Elon Musk's ex-partner Claire Grimes Boucher says she hasn't seen one of her kids for 5 months

Amid a year-long custody dispute with Elon Musk, Grimes claims she didn't see one of her children for five months. Sons X Æ A-Xii, 4, and Techno Mechanicus, 2, as well as daughter Exa Dark Siderael, 3, are the children of the former couple, as quoted in a report by the Los Angeles Times.

About the last few months of her life, Grimes is talking candidly. In a post on X, the singer, whose real name is Claire Boucher, provided an update on the release of her next song on Wednesday, November 20.

She also discussed the custody dispute she and Elon Musk, 53, have been having over their three children: daughter Exa Dark Sideræl, 3, and sons X Æ A-Xii, 4, and Techno Mechanicus, 2.

Grimes has spent a year locked in a state with terrible mothers' rights, having her Instagram posts and modelling used as reasons she shouldn't have her kids. She hasn't seen one of her babies for 5 months, and this is only what can be said publicly since most of her experience these last years should remain behind closed doors.

Grimes also responded to a follower who asked why she can't go to court while having a young baby and why she isn't coming out with new music. She explained that the threat of losing her kids while going bankrupt and fighting for them is not very conducive to creative thoughts.

Meanwhile, Grimes' mother Sandy Garossino accused Musk of withholding the couple's children and preventing them from visiting their ailing great-grandmother in Canada.

Garossino was most concerned that Musk was withholding the kids' passports and their needed documents from Claire.
