It’s time for the do-or-die approach as teams progress to the knockout stage of the World Cup 2022. Beginning on December 3, the knockout stage will have one match per team, deciding the team’s fate for the remaining championship. Teams that win the knockout matches will move ahead towards their dream of lifting the World Cup.

In the knockout games, there’ll be no draws. The game will extend by another 30 minutes if there’s a tie. If the tie persists, penalty kicks will determine the winner.
