Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang's overall compensation jumped to $49.9 million in fiscal 2025, up from the $34.2 million he made in the prior year, as the technology giant reported record financial results and rewarded its executive ranks for the boost in growth, as per a report.

The almost $16 million increase in Huang's compensation follows Nvidia's rise in the data centre and artificial intelligence markets. The firm ended fiscal 2025 with $130.5 billion in revenues, an operating income of $86.8 billion, and a three-year total shareholder return of 384%, reported Fortune.

What’s in Jensen Huang’s Pay Package?

Huang’s pay package includes a $1.5 million base salary, his first raise in over a decade, a $3 million target cash bonus, and a performance-based equity award valued as high as $27.5 million, as per the report.

Other Executives Got Big Raises Too

Other senior Nvidia executives also enjoyed substantial pay hikes, with increases dominated by equity grants and excellent company performance, according to Fortune. CFO Colette Kress, worldwide field operations executive Ajay Puri, and executive vice president Debora Shoquist, each received a pay rise in their equity opportunity values by $3 million to $3.5 million apiece for the 2025 fiscal year, which ended in January, reported Fortune.

Why the Generous Rewards?

Even others in the senior executive team received an increased total pay package value ranging between 59% and 74% higher over fiscal 2024, which was mainly because of rising stock values and hitting stretch goals the company set, as per Fortune.

Huang’s Family Members on the Payroll

The chipmaker even shared that Huang’s son and daughter both work for Nvidia, however, neither live with him nor report to him, according to the report. The CEO's daughter, who is a senior director of marketing, received around $1.1 million in fiscal 2025 and his son got $530,000, as per Fortune.
