Workin’ Moms is back with a seventh season on CBC and it will be coming to Netflix as well, with a global release, in 2023. In most regions, it will carry a Netflix Originals title.

The Canadian sit-com has crossed over 70 episodes, which makes it an ideal comedy show for the popular streaming platform, Netflix. It has crossed the mark in merely five years and comes to Netflix exclusively other than its initial airing on CBC.

Netflix first bought the global rights of the Canadian sit-com TV series in 2019 and released three seasons in the year on its platform. Afterwards, the streaming platform continued to add more seasons in 2020, 2021 and the latest sixth season was added last year in 2022.




In the new year, Netflix is in the mood of dropping the final season on its platform.

Workin’ Moms started airing its seventh season on January 3, 2023 on CBC, with new episodes dropping every Tuesday, 9 pm. The final season was shot between June 20, 2022 and September 14, 2022 in Toronto.

CBC Gem has provided the official logline for the seventh and final season, the series’ final season explores long-lasting friendships, raising families, growing up and ambitious careers. It adds that the biggest challenge remains striking the right balance.

Netflix has not yet announced any release date. However, as per speculations, it is confirmed that the Canadian sit-com’s seventh and final season will be available to stream on the popular streaming platform, globally, by spring 2023.
