The best starting word to the riddle has also changed. Earlier it was ‘CRANE’, but now, according to the updated Bot, the best starting word is ‘SLATE’.

So, when you start playing the next day’s Wordle, start with ‘SLATE’, which contains the most commonly used consonants and vowels. This would save you some guesses, help you rule out wrong letters quickly and guess the correct word within the allowed attempted guesses.
Wordle – The game Developed over a year ago, Wordle is a word-guessing game wherein you must correctly guess a five-letter word. You are allowed six attempts to make the right guess. After each attempt, the used letters are highlighted yellow, green, or grey. Grey highlight means that the letters are not used. Yellow means that the letters are used, but their placement is wrong. Lastly, green means that you have used the correct letter in the right place.
In limited attempts, the game works on the principle of elimination until you get the right word.
