Kanye West, one of the very famous personalities is recently facing a legal trouble. Two of his former employees have eventually filed a class action lawsuit against him which needs to be settled by paying a hefty amount.

Blast reported that the company of Kanye West reportedly offered near about $625,000 to settle the case although they have denied any sort of wrongdoing. Taliah Leslie and Shelby Grochowski eventually claimed that they were misclassified as independent contractors instead of non-exempt employees which actually led to unpaid overtime and other labor violations as well.

The lawsuit filed by Taliah Leslie especially highlights on the issues such as failure to provide meal breaks and compensation for off the clock work while mandatorily travelling for projects, noted Blast. Taliah Leslie also allegedly claimed that Kanye West imposed various strict working conditions which included employees to compulsorily eat outdoors regardless of the weather conditions.
Blast asserted that the recent lawsuit actually reflects broader concerns about the labor practices within the company of Kanye West which previously has also faced numerous legal challenges. Adding on to this case, Kanye West is also dealing with lawsuit related to alleged sexual assault from a former assistant.
