Tina shared an excerpt of Beyoncé's performance of Etta's "I'd Rather Go Blind," writing, "I just saw this in my feed. I listened to it more than once. I still find this to be one of my favourite films, and I regret that my child chose not to pursue a career in filmmaking. In this film, she was amazing.”

Beyoncé also "unselfishly donated her salary to the Phoenix house," a collection of drug rehab facilities, Tina added.

Notably, Beyoncé stayed there to get ready to play Etta, who had struggled with drug addiction throughout her career.
