According to Independent the overall voter landscape indicates that Democratic Presidential candidate Kamala Harris has regained a very narrow lead with 49% of registered voters supporting her while 47% of registered voters are supporting Donald Trump. Among the likely voters, Kamala Harris has a support of 51% whereas former US President Donald Trump has a support of 47%.

Democratic Presidential nominee Kamala Harris is showing a stronger support among women while leading by a margin of 13 points and is performing really well with college educated white women and Hispanic voters. On the other hand, Republican Presidential candidate Donald Trump keeps his competition intact among the rural voters and white men as well who are without college degrees.
Independent also noted that Kamala Harris is just outperforming Donald Trump on perceptions of physical health as well as mental sharpness while having significant margins in trustworthiness and understanding voter issues. In spite of such advantages, eminent poll surveys still reveal that Kamala Harris needs to solidify her support among the independents and younger voters to eventually secure a victory in the US Presidential Elections.
