According to the Catholic News Agency, the College of Cardinals voted for his canonization and he will become a saint in 2025. Declaring his canonization, Bishop of Assisi, Domenico Sorrentino said that Carlo Acutis was an ordinary boy, who lived his childhood and youth between family, school, and the games children play.

According to the Vatican News, Born on May 3, 1991, in London and died on October 12, 2006, in Italy after battling leukemia, Acutis wanted to be a priest before his death. His beatification took place in 2020. It means the pope declared Acutis attained the blessedness of heaven, and he was given the title of Blessed.

Vatican News has reported that a university student in Florence fell off her bike and suffered severe head trauma and required craniotomy surgery. He had a low chance of survival. However, he recovered and the miraculous recovery is attributed to Acutis.
