According to a USA Today Sports report, Kim Yun-Mi of South Korea is the youngest-ever Olympic gold winner at the age of just 13 years. Kim achieved this gold medal at the 1994 Lillehammer Olympics, and entering her name in the Guinness Book of World Records.
