Who is Hazel Renee?

Hazel Renee is a reality television star, best known for her stint on Basketball Wives.

Renee has also had multiple appearances on popular TV shows like ‘The Spook Who Sat by the Door’ and ‘Empire.’ She was the co-star in ‘The Chi,’ a series on ‘Showtime.’

The 36-year-old actor also appeared on the Season 9 of ‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta’ as the friend of Kandi Burruss.

Green and Renee go way back

Renee confirmed that she and Green studied at Michigan State University. While Green played basketball, Renee was a track runner.


The two were also in the same theatre class, though they never dated during the period. However, the couple only fell in love after getting busy in their respective careers, staying away from each other for years.

The first date happened years after in Los Angeles, on a rooftop pool where the couple hung out all day. Since then, the two have managed to keep their relationship alive and kicking.

Green and Renee also welcomed a daughter, Cash, in 2021. Both have a child from their previous relationships, Green's son Draymond Jr and Renee's daughter Olive.

What's up with the engagement?
The power couple recently released their engagement shoot. While Green was in a stately black suit from Eaden Myles, Renee set the internet on fire in her black Phylicia Ellis's gown. Renowned photographer Stanley Babb conducted the photo shoot.

Renee commented on the engagement and said she was looking forward to celebrating the new chapter in their lives. She also acknowledged the support from family and friends, stating that it was priceless.
